Recipe as written makes 4 servings (my estimate).

    Steps

    1. Sauce: whisk [[stock]] beef stock, [[soy]] soy sauce, [[garlic]] garlic, [[ginger]] ginger, [[sesame]] sesame oil, [[cornstarch]] cornstarch, [[vinegar]] rice vinegar and [[honey]] honey.
    2. Heat a wok or large nonstick skillet over medium-high. Cook [[steak]] of sliced steak about 4 minutes, until mostly no longer pink.
    3. Add [[red]] red pepper and [[yellow]] yellow pepper and sear about 3 minutes, then add [[broccoli]] broccoli.
    4. Cook together about 5 minutes, stirring.
    5. Turn the heat to medium and pour in the sauce. Toss to coat and let it bubble 2–3 minutes until glossy.
    6. Top with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with brown rice or quinoa.

    Notes

    • For seared veggies, take the beef out before adding them, then put it back with the sauce.
    • The original’s steps use liquid aminos and leave out the honey; this uses the soy sauce from the list and puts the honey in the sauce.
